At its meeting on July 6, 2016, the Ocean Beach Planning Board issued letters to City leaders on a recent violation of the Coastal Height Limit in the Peninsula community:

• Letter to Mayor Faulconer on Violation of Coastal Height Limit at 3144 Emerson St
• Letter to Councilmember Zapf on Violation of Coastal Height Limit at 3144 Emerson St

The Board also issued a letter of concern on the excessive number of recent alcohol licenses issued in Oeach Beach:
