The Board will review the CDP/NDP to demolish existing commercial buildings & construct a two-story mixed-use building consisting of 2 dwelling units and 2 commercial spaces.

Action Item #2: 4-Way Stop Sign at Saratoga Ave. and Ebers St.

The board will review the citizen initiated item to request installation of a 4-way stop at the intersection of Saratoga Ave. and Ebers St.

OB Planning Board Elections on 3/7/18; 7 open seats

The Ocean Beach Planning Board will hold its 2018 General Election on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Seven of the Board’s 14 seats will be up for election, one from each of the seven districts in the OB Community Plan Area.
